Women Of Ghana Photography Exhibition

This photography and film exhibition at Think Big Hub, in Hoxton, explores the inspirational lives of women from Northern Ghana, who have taken control of their lives, overcome hardships and worked to achieve their ambitions. Talks included.


London Remixed Festival

The most eclectic indoor festival showcase in London brings remixed sounds from around the globe by the best emerging musical talent and genres to Rich Mix, in Shoreditch.


Bob Marley’s Birthday Party

From 7pm, Saturday, 4 February

Celebrate what would have been Bob Marley’s 72nd birthday with an evening paying homage to his life, music and legacy. It’ll be all-things-Jamaican including rum cocktails, jerk chicken specials and plenty of Bob’s biggest tunes plus other reggae classics at Translate Bar, Shoreditch.


Disco Loco Big Balloon Bananza

Disco Loco is Hackney Showroom’s wild and wonderful family party with various themes. This time, dive into a balloon pit, play balloon games, and win prizes.


Funky House All-dayer

It does exactly what it says on the tin. Heavyweight DJs will be spinning the hottest funky house beats over nine hours with a garage set by DJ Listener. There will also be free popcorn (from 5pm to 7pm) and some horns and whistles give-aways at Concrete Space, Shoreditch.
