Black Beatles – Launch Party

You can’t mention the viral internet video ‘mannequin challenge’ trend without singing along to Rae Sremmurd’s (pictured above) ‘Black Beatles’. Their worldwide hit is now so recogniseable that a new club night pays homage to all the black Beatles of our century, at The Macbeth of Hoxton. DJs will spin full-on bass and heavy beats, covering trap, hip-hop and R&B from the likes of Gucci Mane, Drake, Desiigner and of course, Rae Sremmurd.
Run Club & Fat Buddha Yoga
£16. From 11am, Saturday, 14 January
Join other runners and set off for 4-5k morning run around Hackney Wick, the canals and the Olympic Park, then enjoy runners-focused yoga to stretch and release. Complete your zen session with a post workout brunch with free tea with every order. Meeting point: Mother Works, Here East, E20.

Talented dance instructors will lead 15-minute segments featuring styles from disco aerobics to Brazilian fusion at Dan West Community Hall, Hackney Central. The one-of-a-kind 90-minute workshop aims to make dance fitness accessible to the whole community at all levels, and introduce new cultures and styles of dance.
The Old Dalston Market

Located on the ground floor of a former cinema, The Old Dalston Market returns with over 50 handpicked vintage traders selling an amazing mix of salvaged, one-of-a-kind, and lost and found objects at EPIC, Dalston. The event includes a food hall and soundsystem.
