Night Tales returns this winter to a new Hackney venue

Seven weeks of street food, cocktails and live music in Shoreditch

ONE of the most exciting food, drink and live music pop-ups in London returns to Hackney at a new location in Shoreditch next month.

Night Tales is setting up shop in Old Street offering street food from the likes of burger kings Patty and Bun, who are creating specially made dishes exclusively for the event.

There's also Rum Kitchen from West London, making their debut at Night Tales with Caribbean-inspired soul food and beach shack vibes. Their menu includes a sumptuous Jerk & Ting Chicken Stack Slider with swamp hot sauce, or a warming Roast Pumpkin, Coconut & Chick Pea Curry with Roti.

Dalston's Voodoo Rays will be repping East London with their 22-inch pizza slices straight from a custom-made trailer containing two American Baker’s Pride ovens. Signature dishes include the Captain Beefheart and a new vegan slice, White Lightening.

Alcoholic drinks come courtesy of The Hot Hut Cocktail Bar, whose wintry mixtures include Home Spiced Hot Cider and Hackney Punch, which uses locally sourced ingredients.

A raised music stage will host live entertainment every night from guest DJs such as disco team Low Life featuring Bill Brewster and Frank Broughton. Plus the launch night features a DJ set from Django Django.

Night Tales runs from 7 November until 20 December at 288-299 Old Street, EC1V 9DP.
